Your delivery email

After payment, look for a separate eSIM email with your secure installation link. It can arrive separately from the order confirmation. Check spam and contact us if it is missing; do not place another order to retry delivery.

The private installation link expires 30 days after it is issued. This is separate from your plan's validity, which can be up to 90 days. Save installation details securely before the link expires, and contact us if you need help accessing them.

Install and get connected

1. Check that your exact phone model supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. Read your plan's destination coverage and activation rules before installing.
2. Connect to Wi-Fi, open your private link and follow your phone's Add eSIM instructions. Scan the QR code or use manual installation if your phone offers it.
3. At your destination, select this eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming for it. Check your home SIM settings to avoid unwanted roaming charges.

Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting or move it to another phone. Contact us first; reinstallation and transfers depend on the profile and device.

Need help connecting?

Check coverage, remaining data and validity, the selected mobile-data SIM and its roaming setting. Follow the APN instructions in your installation details if provided. Try airplane mode or restarting your phone.

Email us your order number, destination, exact phone model and error message. Redact private details in screenshots. We handle support by email.

Cancellation and refund enquiries

Email us your order number and identify the plans you want to cancel. If known, tell us whether they have been installed or used so we can check their status. We handle requests and refunds manually. Your consumer rights are unaffected.

Keep your QR code, activation code and private link secret. Do not send payment-card details or passwords to support.
